We believe economic empowermet is critical for individuals and communities affected by chronic poverty and its associated challenges. People in these neighborhoods lack the skills and capacity to access meaningful employment opportunities, and traditional employers struggle to unlock the talent from this massive and underserved group of people.
Well-intentioned organizations seek to improve capacity in these communities, but struggle to either access appropriately developed content, or to deploy training into difficult areas. We act as a bridge between these 3 actors to ensure it properly addressed the core labor gap.
Our goal is to work with people who are disenfranchised from the labor market. These are people who might be unemployed, or are employed in low-paying, low-skill work. We also work with those likely to enter the labor market in the near future (16-years or older). Our team has a decade of experience in addressing the various challenges facing people in such circumstances. Our experience allows us to work with clients to ensure they are well positioned to engage, recruit and train from these communities.
Finding talent is key to sustaining performance, and employers are looking to unlock new labor pools to find quality talent. We work with employers to understand the skill sets critical to on-boarding new staff, and assist them through the process of identifying, recruiting and training staff from at-risk communities. Our Incubator services also offer legal, financial and structural support to start-ups looking to work in these communities
Development agencies (both charitable and for-profit) are often operating on lean resources stretched across a multitude of programs. Our team of experts advises client organizations through out their capacity development program, on topics ranging from curriculum development to program design, to even the recruiting and deployment of training staff.
Over the past decade, our firm has built a broad range of service offerings to meet the needs of employers and development agencies looking to create employment options in at-risk communities. Our 3 KEY SERVICE AREAS are Vocational Training, Business Development and Job Preparation.
Our vocational training team works with client to quickly upskill candidates on a range of in-demand skills. We work with clients on all components of training:

Our core areas of focus are listed below and comprise the most in-demand skill sets, but we also work with clients to develop custom content on request.
We provide an ecosystem of services to help businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs create new ventures in communities where this may seem impossible.

Our decade of experience in bridging employers and candidates in at-risk communities has shown there is a third key element required for successful job creation. Even with all the skills and training, many candidates lack some basic support that we may take for granted.
We work with employers and development agencies to address these issues through smart interventions, ensuring those with potential get the chance at a job.
